Donate online via our Just Giving page which is very popular, especially for sponsored event fundraising.

Cheques/card

Please download and print off our donation form to make a donation by cheque or card. Cheques are payable to Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells Hospital Charity and address to:

MTW Charity - Trust Management HQ, Maidstone Hospital, Hermitage Lane, Maidstone, ME16 9QQ.

Cash

Please download and print off our donation form and bring any cash you may wish to donate to the cashiers office at either Maidstone or Tunbridge Wells Hospital (please ask at reception for directions).
